How to add QA Profile for QA Control Checks

This guide walks you through each step needed to add a QA profile to ArmedXpert.  This is needed to do the QA control checks.  This guide also explains what to do if your QA profile is not working correctly with the Control Checks.

Import Table containing your QA samples.

Go to Import and open the table by the type of table. 

Click on the "Commit Samples to Data Source" button.  Make sure your table containing the profile is open on screen.

Select Samples

Expand the Table by clicking on the + left of the table name to see all the samples on the table.

 Click on the sample and click on the > button.  Proceed to  each one you would like to select.

Select Proper Type & Commit

Click on the "Individual Profiles" tab.

Click on the Arrow to right of the box next to "Type:".  Select the QA profile from the type drop down list.  

If desired, enter in a Source.  This is optional field.

Click on the "Commit" button.

Close window, by clicking on the "Done" button.

Troubleshooting QA Checks Problems

If you the QA profiles that you added with these instructions don't work with the Quality Control Check feature, follow these instructions to reset the QA profiles.

First delete the QA profiles.  To do this click on the "Load Samples From Data Source" button on the Data tab.

Click on the box next to "Search Profiles".  All the Profiles will appear.

Select QA Profile you want deleted and click on the > button.  This will move QA to the box on the right.

Click on the "Delete" button.

A delete confirmation window will open.  Click "Yes" to compete the deletion.

The QA profile is deleted, click on the X on the upper right hand corner to close the window. 

Now go to the ArmedXpert Option Window.  Click on "Admin Console" located on the left hand side of the ArmedXpert Options Window.

Click on the "Database" tab.  

Click on the "Reset QA" button.

A warning message will appear after you click on the “Rest QA” button.  Click “OK” button to complete the action.

Now commit the QA profile back into ArmedXpert following the steps at the begining of this guide.
