How to Complete a Proficiency Test using a Template Report

Let ArmedXpert fill out the proficiency test placing your DNA profiles in the correct Loci positions.  Import the data directly from GeneMapper, interpret the results and send the data directly to the form.

Begin:

Import your table data and click on the 'Reporting' tab.

Click the 'Template Report' button to browse for a proficiency test.

Open Template:

Press 'Open' after selecting the appropriate test  * ''(In this example there are 4 types of forms for the same test - Items with no differentials, Items with two differentials, Item 3 was a differential, or Item 4 was a differential''

Choose Samples:

Single click on a profile name in your table and press Ctrl-C to copy it.

Double click in the template report 'value' column to paste the name of the sample into the 'item' field using Ctrl-V

Fill Out Form:

Press 'OK' to fill out the form.

Open the tab on page 4 to view Items 3&4.

'''Finish all imports of DNA profiles before typing additional data or marking minor alleles''' (Data will be written over as you update the form)

Errors on the right show blank space (clicking on them will navigate to the spot on the test)

Errors on top display identical names (it is best NOT to use identical names or close tables with duplicate names so the software pulls the data from the correct profile)
